She retired to St. Rose Convent in 2016where she continued her organ ministry and began volunteering as receptionist at Catholic Charities. As a toddler, Marie would follow her mother around the kitchen and in the garden, picking berries, plums, grapes and whatever else was in season. In 2009, she received the Bishop Robert F. She started taking piano lessons in sixth grade and music became her major interest. My high school experience has been better having had her as a teacher. Sister Karolyne Henrietta was born on December 31, 1932, in Seaforth, Minnesota to Charles and Helen (Kolander) Rohlik. Born in New York City, Sr. Cecelia was one of six children, four brothers and a sister. Her family hosted foreign exchange students from Iceland and Italy. She truly was a friend-raiser. In 1979, Sister Dorothy Ann moved to Holy Child Jesus School in Canton, Mississippi where she taught junior high for 10 years. She was in the fifty-seventh year of her religious profession. In 1989, with the close of FSPA regions, Sister Evelyn was called to serve as assistant treasurer for the FSPA congregation in La Crosse. Sister Jeans most recent ministry was that of freelance writer and presenter. She served as a primary school teacher for eight years in Iowa (Mallard and Dedham) and Wisconsin (St. Joseph Ridge, Eau Galle, Ashland and Edgar). She attended Holy Family Grade School and DePadua High School. She was an elementary school teacher for the majority of her active religious life, teaching grades one through four. After she initially applied to the Maryknoll Sisters, she subsequently met Mother Joan Kramer, FSPA, on a visit to St. Rose Convent to see her sister, Sister Jean (Carmelita), FSPA. Every place she taught she loved her little children, especially teaching them to read. In 1993, Sister Pat returned to Tulsa as pastoral minister at St. Marys Parish until returning to St. Rose Convent in 1996, where she served in pastoral care to sisters retired there. Born in Sioux City, Iowa in 1929, she entered the Franciscan Sisters of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in 1945 and professed perpetual vows in 1951. In 2001 Sister Geralyn retired from teaching but remained in the parish as sacristan and organist, roles she continued until she retired to Villa St. Joseph in La Crosse, Wisconsin, in 2017.
