Julianne Wasserman
CEO

Julianne joined Michael Wasserman & Associates as a recruiter in 2001 after operating her own bookkeeping firm for 12 years. She takes great pride in her many business achievements, strong leadership skills, personal integrity and fierce commitment to excellence. Julianne has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from California State University Northridge. In addition to being a successful businessperson and a loving wife and mother, Julianne is an avid concertgoer and skilled horse jumper.

Mickey Wasserman
Vice President

Mickey Wasserman is an aggressive professional who settles for “nothing but the best” for his candidates and clients. Prior to founding Michael Wasserman & Associates, Mickey was a business machine sales rep, branch manager, sales trainer, and regional director. He graduated from Lehman College, CUNY, and attended Baruch Graduate School, CUNY. Mickey values spending time with Julianne and their three sons, Sjonnie, Justin and Ryan. He also enjoys playing golf.

 

 Stacey Sigal
 Office Manager

Stacey joined Smart Choice Staffing in 2012 with a background of over eleven years in administrative support.  We are pleased to have someone with her knack for organization, attention to detail and ability to keep things running smoothly.  Stacey has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Judson College, with a minor in Business Administration.  When she’s not in the office, she enjoys reading, attending concerts and working as a private tutor.

 

Dotty Grant
Database Administrator

Dotty has a strong background in administrative services and she is providing us with reliable database management, entry and support.  She is dedicated to providing the best quality service and making a positive difference to support our team.  Dotty graduated from the University of the Arts with a B.F.A. degree with honors in Graphic Design.  She is the proud parent of three children, Stephanie, Jeremy and Matthew.  In her free time, Dotty enjoys pursuing all things artistic and   creative, and is an active volunteer in the community.

Andrea Daniels
Special Projects

Prior to joining Michael Wasserman & Associates in 2010, Andrea spent 10 years in event planning for non-profit organizations. She is very structured and handles every detail with extreme care. Andrea has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University Northridge. Her favorite activities include hiking, running, reading, and keeping up with her three very energetic children.
